James Vaughan, President – Over 38 years of direct OSHA and loss control experience, 11 years as Area Director in Columbus, Ohio, and 8 years as Supervisor/Compliance Officer in other OSHA offices.  B.S. in Industrial Technology from Eastern Kentucky University.

Stephen F. Anderson, Associate – Over 26 years of experience in Safety & Security Management to a major automotive manufacturer, 9 years of experience as a professional safety and health consultant and currently contracted as a safety director for a national residential construction firm.  Specializes in safety and health loss control, auditing, accident investigation, training and implementing pro-active safety programs.

Joseph Hammond, Associate – Over 30 years of experience in safety & health in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Division of Safety & Hygiene.  Assisted both government and private sectors with required programs, training, loss control, etc.  Former trainer at Ohio Center for Occupational Safety & Health.  Labor Education and Political Science, The Ohio State University.

William Bunner, Associate – Over 29 years of experience in safety and health.  Former Chief of Safety & Training for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  Certified Environmental Trainer – Industrial Technology, Health & Safety, RCRA, Transportation and Hazard Communication.  Masters Degree, The Ohio State University.

Bryon Courter, Associate  - Over 20 years of experience in management, safety and health. Former VP of Construction, Production Manager, Assistant Director of Customer Relations & Field Supervisor for a national home builder. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University and Master of Science in Management degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
